Buddy: I'd say a douche more subtly but continuously treats people like crap

Buddy: Whereas a jerk is more in your face about it

Dude: Hmmm, then where does a 'putz' fit in to all of this?

Buddy: It depends if you are 'kind of' a putz or a 'real' putz

Dude: Wow Buddy, after you've had a few you can sure figure out the mysteries of life. Otherwise there's not much going on
